In the 2018 Oulu Comics Festival will co-organise a known Sprint Strip Finnish Championship with Kemi Comics Center and North Finnish cultural magazine Kaltio.
The competition was last organised in 2012 and the dominant Finnish champion is Reetta Laitinen.
In the struggle participants have 45 minutes to compile a comic strip of a given topic. The jury will be build of people who have a lot of experience with comics and especially with strip comics. There will be prizes for the winners which are presented by North Finnish cultural magazine Kaltio.
Prize-giving is at the Pakkala hall 24.11 from 17:10.
