In the 2019 Oulu Comics Festival will co-organise a known Sprint Strip Finnish Championship with Kemi Comics Center and North Finnish cultural magazine Kaltio. In the struggle participants have 45 minutes to compile a comic strip of a given topic.
The jury will be build of people who have a lot of experience with comics and especially with strip comics. There will be prizes for the winners which are presented by North Finnish cultural magazine Kaltio.
Prize-giving is at the Pakkala hall 23.11. from 17:00.
