The 12th Oulu Comics Festival will be held from November 10th to 12th, 2023. This year, the main venues are the Cultural Centre Valve and the Oulu Comics Center (Hallituskatu 7, Oulu).

The restaurant Paljetti, located in the Cultural Centre Valve, will be open during the comic festival on Friday, November 10th, from 9 am to 7 pm, on Saturday, November 11th, from 10 am to 00 pm, and on Sunday, November 12th, from 10 am to 6 pm.
All events are free of charge.
