    Corridoors of Sound: 12 hours deep

    CorridoorsOfSound-150x150Corridoors of Sound: 12 hours deep on lontoolais-iiläisen Dave Lawrencen ohjaama ja tuottama ääniteos joka syntyy Oulun Sarjakuvakeskuksen Sarjakuvagalleria!ssa perjantaina 4.3.2016 12 tunnin ajaksi.

    Lawrence on kerännyt yhteen äänitaiteilijoilta sekä klassisen musiikin ammattilaisia jotka soittavat tapahtumassa yhdessä ensimmäistä kertaa. Improvisaation keinoin syntyvä teos haastaa muusikot ja äänitaiteilijat esiintymään 12 tunnin ajan klo 9.30 alkaen. Lawrence kutsuu yleisön soittamaan, rohkaisemaan ja kuuntelemaan uniikkia ääniteosta.

    Performanssi tarjoaa syvää äänen tutkimista sekä yhteisöllistä improvisaatiota. 12 tunnin aikana lavalla tulee olemaan useita esiintyjiä sekä tekemässä ääntä että kuuntelemassa sitä.

    Tuotanto toteutetaan yhteistyössä Oulun Sarjakuvakeskuksen kanssa. Turun Sarjakuvakaupan Oulun toimipiste on avoinna poikkeuksellisesti perjantaina 4.3. klo 11-19. Sarjakuvagalleria!ssa nähtävillä Esko Heikkilän näyttely.
