    Comic Strip World Championships 2025 award ceremony

    Oulu XIV Comics Festival will begin at the Oulu, Finland on 14th of November at 5:00 pm (Eastern European Time, EET). The evening’s opening ceremony can also be followed via live stream.

    This time, the sixth year of the event, winners will be announced in the Comic Strip World Championship competition. In addition to the world champion and the 2nd place runner up will receive fame and glory. In addition to announcing the winners, the program includes interviews with comic artists Marko Raassina (Finland), Jens K Styve (Norway) and Emi Gennis (US). The event is hosted by Sami Nyyssölä.

    Oulun 14. Sarjakuvafestivaali alkaa Oulussa, Suomessa 14. marraskuuta klo 17.00 Itä-Euroopan aikaa (EET). Illan avajaisia voi seurata myös suorana lähetyksenä.

    Tänä vuonna, tapahtuman kuudentena vuotena, voittajat julkistetaan Comic Strip World Championship -kilpailussa. Maailmanmestari ja toiseksi sijoittunut saavat mainetta ja kunniaa. Ohjelmassa voittajien julkistamisen lisäksi myös sarjakuvataitelijoiden Marko Raassina (Suomi), Jens K Styve (Norja) ja Emi Gennis (Yhdysvallat) haastattelut. Tilaisuuden juontaa Sami Nyyssölä.
