    SarjakuvaOulu 2026 - näyttely | exhibition

    Oulun Sarjakuvakeskus julkaisi syksyn 2021 aikana viikoittain internet-sivuillaan ja sosiaalisen median kanavissaan sarjakuvitetun artikkelisarjan, joka esittelee 20 pohjoissuomalaista sarjakuvantekijää ja 26 tekijöiden sarjakuvateosta. Artikkelit on toteuttanut sarjakuvantekijä Harri Filppa, ja ne ovat luettavissa: https://www.oulucomics.com/oulu2026/. Näyttelyssä on esillä kooste projektin tuoreesta albumista 20 sarjakuvantekijää & 26 sarjakuvateosta - Sarjakuvia pohjoisesta Suomesta (Oulun Sarjakuvaseura 2021), joka kokoaa kaikki artikkelit yhteen.

    Näyttely on toteutettu Grafia ry:n kohdeapurahalla.

    Oulu Comics Center published a weekly article series in comics format on its website and social media platforms during the autumn of 2021. It showcased 26 publications by 20 Northern-Finnish comic artists. The articles have been executed by comic artist Harri Filppa, and can be read at: https://www.oulucomics.com/oulu2026/. The exhibition includes a compilation from the new comic book 20 sarjakukuvantekijää & 26 sarjakuvateosta - Sarjakuva pohjoisesta Suomesta (Oulun Sarjakuvaseura 2021). The book contains the whole article series.

    The exhibition is supported by Grafia - Association of Visual Communication Designers in Finland.

The Oulu Comics Center has panels for every day to look, to read, to borrow, to buy and to draw. In the Comics Library, Sarjasto, you can experience panel filled moments and marvel on the spot or borrow and take home. Street art brings a riot of colors to the streets and fairways. The Oulu Comics Festival fills the city with panels once again in this year. The festival is the largest annual comics event in the arctic region. The capital of Northern Comics is a lively and inspiring meeting place in the field of comics culture.
