Oulun Sarjakuvakeskus järjestää uudenlaisen lukupiirin, joka on saanut nimen Sarjakuvalukuinto. Kaiken ikäisille suunnatuissa työpajoissa yhdistyvät lukupiiritoiminta ja yhdessä piirtäminen. Työpajat ovat osallistujille ilmaisia, eikä niihin tarvitse ilmoittautua ennakkoon.

The Oulu Comics Festival fills the city with panels once again in this year. The festival is the largest annual comics event in the arctic region.
