Lokakuussa 2014 Oulun Sarjakuvakeskus muutti neljäksi päiväksi Norjaan, Tromssaan. Vuorten keskelle, kaupungin kirjastolle rakennettiin väliaikainen pop up -sarjakuvakeskus ja pohjoismaisten sarjakuvantekijöiden yhteisnäyttely. Piirustuspöydissä kynät lyhenivät ja työpajoissa syntyi kasoittain pikkuruisia sarjakuvalehtiä ja uusia sarjakuvan innoittamia lautapelejä. Näyttely koostuu pop up -tapahtuman kävijöiden piirustuksista ja matkan varrelta otetuista valokuvista.

In the Comics Library, Sarjasto, you can experience panel filled moments and marvel on the spot or borrow and take home. Street art brings a riot of colors to the streets and fairways. The Oulu Comics Festival fills the city with panels once again in this year. The festival is the largest annual comics event in the arctic region.
