Oulun sarjakuvakeskus järjestää POP UP ILO:ssa ikärajattoman sarjakuvatapaamisen. Tarjolla on piirustuspiste, jossa jokainen voi päästää luovuutensa valloilleen. Lisäksi esittelemme sarjakuvakeskuksen toimintaa ja ennakkotietoa tulevasta Oulun sarjakuvafestivaalista. Ohjelmassa myös sarjakuvatietokilpailu klo 18:00. Osallistujille luvassa sarjakuvapalkintoja.

The Oulu Comics Festival fills the city with panels once again in this year. The festival is the largest annual comics event in the arctic region.
