Instagram is the only way to participate in the competition and submitted work needs to fit into a single post. The five person jury will work virtually.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>The Jury 2025<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/emigennis\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Emi Gennis<\/a> (US) <\/li><li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/marko.raassina\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Marko Raassina<\/a> (Suomi) <\/li><li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/adrian.t.malmgren\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Adrian Malmgren<\/a> (Ruotsi) <\/li><li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/daniel_og____\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Daniel Og<\/a> (Brazil) <\/li><li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/stephanie_brittnacher\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Stephanie Brittnacher<\/a> (Germany)<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"block-592e0453-7809-479e-ae72-d3d94eb457f6\">Rules for Jury<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\" id=\"block-20bf5831-6c74-4cfc-a3eb-ae4d429b6213\"><li>The maximum number of points awarded by one judge for one work is 20 points, the highest and lowest judge results are left out, and the points given by three remaining judges are added to make the total point score. The maximum score is 60 points.<\/li><li>The decisions of the jury cannot be appealed.<\/li><li>Late entries will be considered, but in the points calculation system (copied from <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Ski_jumping\" target=\"_blank\">ski jumping<\/a>) we will deduct 1.8 points from the final score per each hour surpassing the time limit September 22nd, 2025 at 4:59pm.<\/li><li>The jury has a secretary nominated by the Oulu Comics Festival.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"block-67f50ff9-6b21-4eec-a335-71392a6fdfdd\">Winners 2025<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"block-2ccec502-96af-4160-8a22-3cc24828fc46\">The winners will be announced at the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.oulucomics.com\/fi\/fest\/\">Oulu XIV Comics Festival<\/a> on <strong>November 14th, 2025 at 5:00 pm (EET)<\/strong>.
