Instagram is the only way to participate in the competition and submitted work needs to fit into a single post. The maximum score is 60 points.<\/li><li>The decisions of the jury cannot be appealed.<\/li><li>Late entries will be considered, but in the points calculation system (copied from <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Ski_jumping\" target=\"_blank\">ski jumping<\/a>) we will deduct 1.8 points from the final score per each hour surpassing the time limit September 25th, 2023 at 4:59pm.<\/li><li>The jury has a secretary nominated by the Oulu Comics Festival.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3><strong>Winners 2023<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>The winners will be announced at <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.oulucomics.com\/fi\/fest\/\" data-type=\"page\" data-id=\"12\">the Oulu twelfth Comics Festival<\/a> on November 9th, 2023 at 5:00 pm (EET)<\/strong> at Cultural Centre Valve \/ Oulu Comics Center.
