The jury will be build of people who have a lot of experience with comics and especially with strip comics. There will be prizes for the winners which are presented by<span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"> <strong>North Finnish cultural magazine Kaltio<\/strong><\/span>.<\/p>\n<p>Prize-giving is at the Pakkala hall 24.11 from 17:10.<br \/>\n1.
